About the rice shortage, maybe it is only felt so much here in the Philippines because all meals must have rice? It is our staple food. <BR/><BR/>The going exchange rate, for Philippine Peso to Dollar would be 1USD = 42 PHP. So 1 kilogram of rice is now 1 dollar, when it was just 50 cents maybe 2 weeks ago.
