If you missed it, I announced a "fitness accountability" in the forum yesterday, as well as on myfitnesspal. I am encouraged by everyone who is joining and taking it so seriously with me. I wonder how many pounds we can all loose together.
So, for lunch, I opened the fridge and looked for something healthy to eat -- that would be fruits and vegetables. Apparently, they have been in there a while as they are not looking so good. I need to hurry up and eat them anyway.

Anyone have any suggestions? I might eat more fruit and vegetables if I don't have to hand dice them like I always do on a cutting board.


I'm stuffed! This is a LOT of food for me. Will forcing myself to eat more really make my metabolism speed up? I just feel miserable because it's like I've been to a smorgasbord. Of course, 160 of the 325 calories was from the dressing!

dunno about over there but assume you can get the same stuff...there are great manual dicers that do a really neat job...I'd go for one of those...get an arm workout at the same time rotfl!!!! xx
