Inking Edges in Photoshop Elements (& a Freebie)

There is a new technique challenge in the Subscriber Area for inking edges.

I love this effect! I put it on papers, photos, and a mat. It's great for guy layouts and I forgot how fun it is. I am going to have to make sure to do this technique again.
