Brushed Metal Video Tutorial in Photoshop Elements
I have a new video tutorial for making brushed metal papers, as well as text and a basic element in Photoshop Elements.

Hi Hummie! About the rice shortage, maybe it is only felt so much here in the Philippines because all meals must have rice? It is our staple food.
The going exchange rate, for Philippine Peso to Dollar would be 1USD = 42 PHP. So 1 kilogram of rice is now 1 dollar, when it was just 50 cents maybe 2 weeks ago. That is expensive for families who need 3 kilos a day of rice, specially if they are only earning about 6 dollars per day.
