Crockpot Sesame Seed Chicken

I'm always on the lookout for easy meals as a working mom! Doesn't this sound good...let me know if you try it.

Crockpot Sesame Seed Chicken

2 1bs. skinless, boneless chicken thighs.
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/3 C. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbs. ketchup
2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds

Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.

Thanks for the yummy recipe Hummie! I know I don't comment as often as I should because I read your blog in my reader but I just wanted to stop by and thank you for all your great posts and say Merry Christmas! I hope your holidays are very blessed!

Oh, this sounds delicious. I will probably try it first thing after the holidays! I will probably use breasts (yikes...I mean chicken ones) instead of thighs though. I can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing it. Happy Holidays to you and yours. I will probably post this recipe on my blog when I make it.
