Camera Envy
I have a lot of people say to me that I have a great camera and that it looks expensive when, in all actuality, it is not. I see photos done with SLR cameras and really would love to have one some day, but that day is going to be far off.
I saw this cartoon at whattheduck and it put everything in perspective. I would probably get a new camera and then not know how to use it and stress over learning. Who needs more stress?
God does not want us to be envious or covet anyway. He said so in His commandments, right? This example could probably be one good reason why He knows what is best for us, huh?

LOL I was reading through your blog and came across this and had to laugh. I've experienced camera envy myself and finally decided (lack of money helped that decision)that I should just be happy with what I have.
