Typing Speed - What's Yours?
I am unsure as to how accurate this site is and would love to have some other people test it. How Fast You Can Type
I know I can type fast. I know I can type over 100 words per minute, but after about five attempts, this site told me I can type 121.42 words per minute with zero (0) errors. Really?
When I am instant messenging, I often have to slow down as people cannot communicate as quickly as I do.
I think when I send out a lot of e-mails to the yahoo group, people must wonder when the reality is that I type very fast.
I wonder if I keep trying how fast I can get, especially if I'm not sitting incorrectly at my laptop, in bed, with my legs crossed indian style, but sitting correctly at a normal keyboard. I think I could be faster in better conditions.
So, please post a comment and tell me how fast you type on this page.

I did it slowly in 53 wpm.... LOL
I did 81 words a minute, but then again it's 2 a.m.
88 WPM ... 1 mistake. Although I can't help but wonder if the red error code threw me off (yep, tried twice, 89 and 88). I normally know when I make an error and correct as I go.
First time was 94.45 WPM with 1 error, 2nd time I was even more tense, 91.49 wpm with 3 errors.
I am like you. I type fast and usually end waiting in a chat. LOL. I really hope your day is going better!! Happy Valentines Day!
I typed 74.55 wpm with 1 error. Not too bad! Thanks for the link, I haven't been tested in over 20 years!

77.33. I've gotten slower. But congrats! People who can type >100 WPM get my salutations. =P.
