Hue, Saturation, and Value Tutorial

I am so excited to complete this tutorial. I now only have one more tutorial to write for Course 1. Yeah! I can begin working on more interesting things in Course 2 soon.

Here is the tutorial I just finished. It is the Hue, Saturation, and Value Tutorial. This tutorial teaches the differences between these three properties of color, as well as how to recognize them in PSE.
