Toothpick and Christmas Card Ornament

At one time I had a home daycare and each year came up with a new ornament for the children to give their parents.
This was one of the easiest ornmanets to do!
This ornmanet is merely toothpicks glued to each other (gluing around circular) with a cut out of a Christmas card in the middle. I had saved previous year's Christmas cards and allowed the children to choose whatever photo they wanted. Of course, I thought the nativity scene looked most appropriate.
I suppose you could be creative and find other things or make other things to glue in the center.

I found your blog thru dst... I will look forward to visiting you in the future. Sweet elements, thanks for sharing. Have you considered ever using Open Office suites instead of Microsoft Office, altogether. OO is open source so its totally free.. my dh and I tried it out for students at his school who don't have money to put out for paid programs like MS office... We were truly impressed. Get this OO even comes in a packaged form you can run right off of a 512 flash stick, how cool is that.. a portable office suite? Let me know if you have any questions.. I featured it on my blog recently. You can email me anytime at lalalime@hotmail.com (Barb)
Great ideal. I'm going to forward this to my wife. She's the children's director at our church.

I think, if you allow your blog to come straight from your heart - a small collection of all the happy good and wonderful things in your life, it can't help but succeed. I love this generous, sharing community... and I have been overwelmed with how decent and warm everyone is out here in digi/scrappin/bloggin world. :)
